How it works

From walkthrough to waiting-room glass.

Demo first. Invited access after you’re a customer. Pair the player, publish from the front desk, and see which screens need attention — without opening inbound ports.

01 · Demo & quote

See the glass before you buy a seat.

We walk wait, hours, and promo on a real player. You share screen count and clinic type. We send a written quote — hardware separate from the software seat.

02 · Provisioned access

Invited seats — not a public signup.

After you’re a customer, we provision dashboard access for the office manager and ops owner. No open registration wall on the marketing site — on purpose.

03 · Pair

Code or QR. “This TV is live.”

The thin player shows a pairing code (or QR). Enter it in the dashboard. The player licenses, calls out, and appears online. Your clinic LAN doesn’t need inbound holes.

Pairing screen

Six-letter code / QR on the waiting-room display.

Desk

Confirm live

When it says “this TV is live,” hardware setup is done.

IT

Outbound only

Player starts the connection. Details on the security page.

04 · Make it yours

Logo and hours first. Everything else can wait.

Put the practice on glass quickly. Provider photos and promos can follow when the front desk is ready.

05 · Daily desk actions

Wait. Hours. Promo. In seconds.

Wait time

About 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 min. “We’re running behind.” Undo last publish.

Hours & closed

Holiday hours, closed today, weather/emergency takeover.

Promo swap

Pick from library or clinic templates. Confirm which TV.

06 · Multi-site

Publish by group when you grow.

Waiting room vs lobby vs after-hours. Roll the same brand to the set that should match — without a USB tour of every location.

07 · Monitoring

Check the glass.

After you publish, the waiting-room screen shows the new wait, hours, or promo. If the internet drops, the last playlist keeps playing.
