Who we are

StreamScreen operates the marketing site at streamscreens.info and a private product dashboard for provisioned customers. Questions: [email protected].

What this site collects

The marketing pages are static. The demo form sends your name, email, clinic type, and screen count so we can reply. There is no public product signup on this site. Cloudflare may log standard request data (IP, user agent, path) to serve and protect the site.

What the product collects

The app stores account, site, player, media, and playlist data you put in it so screens can play. Thin players report status (online, sync, license) so you can operate the fleet. We do not sell that operational data.

Cookies

This marketing site does not set an advertising cookie. The product may use session cookies so you stay signed in. Third-party font requests go to Google Fonts.

Sharing

Hosting and DNS run on Cloudflare. Email may transit ordinary mail providers. We do not sell personal information. We share data if required by law or to keep the service running with those processors.

Retention & requests

Email threads stay as long as the conversation is useful. Product accounts follow the account lifecycle. To access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, email support with the address you used. We will need to verify it is you.

Children

StreamScreen is a business product. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this page changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top.
