Hardware

Thin players built for always-on glass.

Software seat + thin outbound-only player. Bring the clinic TV you already have. Hardware is quoted separate from the software seat.

What’s in a kit

Player, power, HDMI path — TV optional if you have one.

Thin player

Always-on signage player configured for StreamScreen glass and outbound-only sync.

Power + HDMI

Standard power supply and HDMI to your waiting-room display.

Network

Ethernet when you can; clinic Wi‑Fi when you can’t. Players call out only.

Your TV

Keep the mount you already paid for. We don’t need a proprietary panel.

Fit

Right-sized for waiting rooms — not AV rack science.

Most clinics start with a Standard thin player for the waiting-room screen. Live video is a separate quote, not the default kit.

Pairing

From box to “this TV is live.”

1. Place & power

Player + HDMI + network. Power on.

2. Pair

Enter the on-screen code (or scan QR) in the dashboard.

3. Publish

Logo and hours first. Wait and promo when the desk is ready.

Installer / AV partners: we can share a pair-and-done checklist on request.

FAQ

Hardware questions

Can we use a Firestick?

Consumer sticks aren’t the StreamScreen player path. You lose reliable fleet visibility, governed publish, and clinic workflows.

What about a smart TV / Android TV app?

Our standard clinic kit is a thin dedicated player for always-on glass. Ask on the quote if you have a constrained mount or existing commercial display.

Who mounts it?

Your facilities person, an AV installer, or us walking the office manager through pairing after physical install.

Is the player included in software pricing?

No — software seat and player hardware are separate line items on the quote.

Need a kit quote?

Tell us screen count and locations. We’ll include player hardware as a separate line.
